Friday Night Chick'n Wraps
So this isn't one of those posts that has specific tablespoon and cup measurements. This is a dish that the husband and I throw together on nights where we don't really feel like cooking, but are also not interested (read: too tired) in going out.
Friday Night Chick'n Wraps are infinitely customizable. You don't want chick'n? Try falafel. Falafel not your fav?, go with fishless filets. Or heck, just load that wrap with all the veggies in your fridge that should be eaten up :-)
The standard chick'n wrap we create includes *Gardein Crispy Tenders*, fresh Jersey tomatoes, spinach (or whatever greens we have on hand), raw Vidalia onion, grated *Lisanatti Almond Cheddar Chunks* and *this* AMAZING ranch dressing from the wonderful folks that brought us Just Mayo. And kala namak (aka "fart salt" to the husband), but just on mine ;-)
We use flour tortilla rounds for our wraps, the large size :-) Sometimes we toast them in the pan a bit before assembling our wraps, sometimes we don't. This is an easy recipe that should not cause too much muss or fuss.
