Every-day-is-dessert-day Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie
I'm not a big sweets person so this is just the right amount of sweetness in a dessert for me. And, as far as desserts go it's not too terribly unhealthy either :-)
This recipe is meant for two... but hey, you do you.
1 can of coconut milk (13.5 ounces)
2 cups of ice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbs sugar
5 Tbs PB2 (powered peanut butter)
5 Tbs PB2 Chocolate (powered peanut butter with chocolate)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and enjoy!
