I'm (Pea)Nuts about this sauce!

I made a version of this sauce on a whim a couple of years ago and the husband has not stopped asking for it since. We both love Thai cuisine and this is my version of a common Thai-style peanut sauce that is quick to whip up and really satisfying!

I’ve put this sauce over udon noodles, white rice, broccoli, chick’n strips, and as a sauce for wraps. I’ve also been known to eat a few (several) spoonfuls of it while cooking.

Time: 12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I like smooth, but you do you)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 Tbs sriracha or hot sauce

  • 2 Tbs soy sauce

  • 1 Tbs water

Directions

Put all the ingredients int a small sauce pan and set to medium heat. Whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined. Serve!
